Error: BIOS/Legacy Boot of UEFI-Only Media

  • The drive can boot in UEFI mode only. It will not boot in BIOS/Legacy mode.

To remove this message you need to do one of the following:

  1. If your computer supports UEFI, go to your UEFI settings and lower or disable the priority of CSM/Legacy mode.
  2. Or Recreate the drive in MBR partition scheme where target system is BIOS (…….)
  3. Or Recreate the disk with Boot type: Non bootable

My suggestion the number 2 option.

How To Schedule Automatic Shut Down In Windows 10

  • Create a shutdown timer for Windows
  • Put a shutdown timer on your Windows desktop with this command
  • Create a shutdown timer shortcut
  • Automatic shutdown in Windows 10

Method 1: Auto Shutdown via Run

  • Press the “Window + R” key to open the RUN window.
  • Type “shutdown -s -t ” and press Enter Key. 
    shutdown -s -t 300

    This will shutdown PC automatically after 5 minutes.

Method 2: Auto Shutdown via Command Prompt

  • Open Command Prompt
  • Type “shutdown -s -t ” and press Enter Key. 
    shutdown -s -t 600

    This will shutdown PC automatically after 10 minutes.

Method 3: Auto Shutdown via Task Scheduler

  • Open Start and Search for Task Scheduler and then press enter to open Task Scheduler
  • Now click on the “Create Basic Task” from the Action options
  • Name the Task such as “Shutdown PC” and click next
  • Choose start time and click next
  • Set the Start date and time of the task and click Next
  • Select “Start a program” option from a various actions list and then click on the “Next” button
  • Click on Browse Button and choose “shutdown.exe” from C/Windows/System32
  • Enter “-s” as the argument and click on the “Next” button to proceed
  • Click Finish Button to complete the task
  • That’s All.

Solution

  1. Run Command Prompt as Administrative privileges.
  2. Enter below command 
    rd /s "\\?\path of the folder”

    Here path of the folder is the path of folder
    Example: rd /s “\\?\D:\Documents\folder name”

  3. It will prompt as “Are you sure (Y/N)?”
  4. Enter ‘Y’ and hit Enter.
  5. That’s all
