FrontApp is a web based email client, but also has a feature called “sequences” that allows sending bulk emails to 200 contacts at a time, with merge tags and automatic followups to people who don’t reply after a few days.
FrontApp is connected to multiple G Suite accounts which allow us to get very good deliverability so we don’t have to send as many emails. FrontApp is used both the initial emails to potential authors, and also to reply to them.
The job will be to schedule these “sequences” of emails everyday.
For now we are only sending email through this new platform for 1 (one) journal: SPG BioMed
